Summary

This study tests a peer-led program called Veteran Voices and Visions (VVV) for 160 veterans with schizophrenia spectrum disorders who hear voices. The program aims to reduce distress from psychosis and increase feelings of belonging, which may improve social functioning. Participants will be compared to another peer-led group (WRAP) to see which works better.
