New study tests special exercises for dizzy spines

Summary
This study will test whether a specific set of balance and neck exercises, called vestibular rehabilitation, can help adults with cervical spondylosis (neck arthritis). Researchers will measure changes in dizziness, balance, neck awareness, pain, and daily function in 62 participants. The goal is to see if this non-drug therapy can ease common symptoms of this condition.
