First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study compares two methods of helping people with severe brain injury get back to standing and moving. One method uses a robotic tilt-table that moves the legs, while the other uses a standard tilt-table. The goal is to see which approach leads to better cognitive and physical recovery. The study will include 118 adults aged 18-75 who have had a brain injury within the last 6 months and cannot stand on their own.
