Can kind words ease the pain of an infertility test?
NCT ID NCT07325994
Summary
This study is testing whether calm, supportive talking from a doctor can help reduce pain for women undergoing a common uterine exam to investigate infertility. Researchers will compare this 'verbal analgesia' approach to standard, neutral communication during the procedure. All participants will receive a standard painkiller beforehand.
