Summary

This study tested a new copper intrauterine device (IUD) called VeraCept for long-acting birth control. It involved 286 women aged 18-40 and measured how well it prevents pregnancy, how easy it is to insert, and any side effects. The goal was to gather data to plan a larger Phase 3 study.
