Summary
This study looked at two different ways to set a breathing machine during laparoscopic kidney surgery. Thirty adults having planned kidney surgery were split into two groups, each using a different ventilation mode. Researchers measured how each method affected the heart's pumping ability and airway pressures. The goal was to find which approach might be safer for patients undergoing this type of surgery.
