Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common breathing machine settings works better for adults having a procedure to widen a narrowed airway. Doctors will compare how well oxygen gets into the blood and the pressures inside the lungs using two different ventilation techniques. The goal is to gather information to help make this type of surgery safer for patients' lungs in the future.
