Summary

This study watches 114 adults having planned heart surgery to see if blood backing up in the veins (venous congestion) raises the risk of kidney injury. Doctors will use ultrasound to check blood flow during the operation. The goal is to find a way to predict and prevent kidney problems after surgery.
