Can a smile makeover boost a Child's confidence?

NCT ID NCT07250906

Summary

This study is testing whether placing thin porcelain covers (veneers) on the front teeth of children with a genetic enamel disorder improves their quality of life. It involves 10 children, aged 11-14, who have amelogenesis imperfecta, a condition that causes weak, discolored teeth. Researchers will measure changes in the children's self-esteem, social confidence, and satisfaction with their smile one month after getting the veneers.
