Summary
This early-phase study tests a new two-drug combination (bomedemstat plus venetoclax) in 18 adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has returned or not responded to standard therapy. The main goal is to find a safe dose and understand side effects. Researchers will also check if the treatment helps shrink or control the leukemia.
