Can a quick vein fix work safely for our oldest patients?
NCT ID NCT07233616
Summary
This study is checking if a common, minimally invasive treatment for leg vein problems is safe and effective for people aged 80 and older. It will follow 50 patients with leg swelling, skin changes, or ulcers to see if the procedure successfully closes the problem veins and improves their quality of life over 6 months. The main goal is to gather specific safety data for this growing, often high-risk age group.
