Alcohol injection into heart vein may stop AFib from coming back

Summary
This study looks at people with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (a type of irregular heartbeat) who need a second procedure because their first treatment didn't last. It compares two approaches: isolating a vein in the heart (SVC) alone, or adding an alcohol injection into another heart vein (Vein of Marshal). The goal is to see which method better prevents the irregular heartbeat from returning one year later. About 100 adults will take part.
