First seen Apr 22, 2026 · Last updated Apr 22, 2026

Summary

This study aims to understand if placing a catheter in a major neck vein temporarily changes pressure inside the skull. Researchers will observe 61 adult patients who are already having this procedure during surgery. They will use a simple, non-invasive ultrasound scan on the eye and neck to measure pressure changes before and after the catheter is placed.
