Summary
This study follows 60 children from around 6 months to 3 years old to see how a vegan diet affects their growth, nutrition, and brain development. Half the children eat only vegan food and half eat a mixed diet. Researchers measure weight, blood nutrients, and thinking skills to learn about the risks and benefits of vegan diets in early childhood.
