Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (venetoclax, chidamide, and azacitidine) in adults whose acute myeloid leukemia has returned or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to see if this mix can safely achieve remission. About 30 participants will receive the treatment, and researchers will track remission rates, survival, and side effects.
