Summary
This study tests a new tablet called VC005 for people with active ankylosing spondylitis, a type of arthritis that causes back pain and stiffness. About 420 adults aged 18 to 70 will take the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks to see if it reduces symptoms by at least 20%. The goal is to find a new treatment option that helps control the disease.
