Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether VC005 tablets can reduce symptoms of active ankylosing spondylitis, a type of arthritis that mainly affects the spine. About 420 adults aged 18 to 70 will receive either VC005 or a placebo for 48 weeks. The main goal is to see how many achieve a 20% improvement in disease activity after 12 weeks.
