Summary

This early-stage study tests a new vaccine called VAX-A1 in 80 healthy adults aged 18-40. The goal is to see if the vaccine is safe and triggers an immune response against Group A Streptococcus bacteria, which can cause sore throats and more serious illnesses. Participants will receive either the vaccine or a placebo, and researchers will monitor for side effects and measure antibody levels over six months.
