NCT ID NCT07102615

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether injecting vasopressin into the cervix helps doctors completely remove leftover pregnancy tissue (retained products of conception) during a hysteroscopy. About 50 women aged 18–51 who need this surgery will be randomly assigned to receive either vasopressin or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the injection leads to a higher rate of complete tissue removal in one procedure.
