New device gets heart patients back on their feet faster

Summary

This study tests a special device to close the leg puncture site after a common heart procedure for atrial fibrillation. The goal is to see if it helps patients get up and walk sooner compared to the standard method of pressing on the leg and using a stitch. About 100 adults having this heart procedure will take part.
