Beauty and the vein: laser boost tested for spider vein treatment

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a laser treatment to a standard foam injection works better for closing varicose veins and improving skin appearance. About 100 adults with leg veins will be randomly assigned to receive either the foam injection alone or the foam plus a special skin laser. Researchers will track how well the veins close, any skin discoloration, pain, and how satisfied patients are with the cosmetic results.
