Summary

This study tested two ways to fix varicoceles (enlarged veins in the scrotum) in 60 men with fertility issues or pain. One group had loupe-assisted surgery with a nitroglycerin spray to help see veins, while the other had standard microscopic surgery. After three months, both groups showed improvements in sperm movement and testicular blood flow.
