New study tests whether nicotine replacement can help vapers quit

Summary

This study tests a program that combines counselling with nicotine replacement therapy (like gum or patches) to help e-cigarette users quit. 180 regular vapers will be randomly assigned to receive either counselling alone or counselling plus nicotine replacement. Researchers will check if they have stopped vaping at 3, 6, and 12 months.
