Summary

This study looks back at medical records of 100 adult ICU patients who were on breathing machines and had a lung infection (pneumonia). The goal is to see if doctors correctly followed 2017 French guidelines when diagnosing the infection. The study does not test any new treatment, but aims to improve understanding of how infections are diagnosed in intensive care.
