This study looked at whether a special scoring system (the Calori Non-union Scoring System) can help doctors decide the best treatment for broken leg bones that haven't healed properly. Researchers followed 60 adults with these types of fractures to see if the score matched their recovery. The goal was to improve how doctors manage these difficult-to-heal injuries.
