Summary

This study tested two medications, valethamate bromide and hyoscine butyl bromide, to see which one helps first-time mothers have shorter labor. 165 women in Nigeria took part. The goal was to speed up cervical dilation during active labor. Results can help doctors choose the better option for a faster delivery.
