Can zapping your ear or breathing better boost your workout?
NCT ID NCT06796101
Summary
This study looked at whether two simple, non-drug methods could help healthy, active people perform better and recover faster from exercise. Researchers tested ear-based vagus nerve stimulation and controlled breathing exercises in 64 moderately active men. They measured how these methods affected heart rate, running performance, and the body's stress and recovery systems.
