New gel aims to soothe common menopause discomfort
NCT ID NCT06197568
Summary
This study is testing a new vaginal gel called AZU-101 to see if it is safe and can help relieve common symptoms after menopause, such as vaginal dryness, irritation, and pain during sex. Researchers will give the gel to 35 healthy postmenopausal women at different doses and schedules over 28 days. They will monitor for side effects and check if the treatment improves vaginal health and reduces the women's most bothersome symptoms.
