First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study compares a new device (pelotte) to the standard probe for measuring vaginal temperature during deep hyperthermia treatment in 27 women with gynecologic cancer. The goal is to see if the pelotte gives more accurate and consistent temperature readings. Participants will undergo four to five treatments, using both methods, and fill out short questionnaires about comfort.
