First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study compares two surgical methods to repair pelvic organ prolapse in women. One method uses a synthetic mesh, the other uses standard sutures. The goal is to see which approach is more effective and safer over two years. About 358 women will take part, and neither they nor their doctors will know which technique was used.
