Probiotic vaginal tablets tested to help stop early labor

Summary
This study is testing whether adding vaginal probiotic tablets to standard preterm labor treatment helps keep women pregnant longer. Researchers will enroll 80 pregnant women in Thailand who are experiencing preterm labor between 24-33 weeks. Half will receive the probiotic tablets for 6 days along with standard medication, while the other half receives only standard treatment.
