Summary

This study compares two vaginal surgery methods for pelvic organ prolapse in women: one using a synthetic mesh and the other using standard sutures. The goal is to see which approach is more successful and durable over two years. About 358 women will take part, and neither they nor their doctors will know which technique was used.
