Summary
This study aims to understand the root causes of several common and distressing vaginal conditions. Researchers will collect samples from 550 women, comparing those with chronic pain (vulvodynia), recurrent infections, or preterm labor to healthy women. The goal is to see if differences in proteins, bacteria, and inflammation in the vagina explain why these conditions develop.
