Summary
This study is testing whether a vaginal gel called Phexxi can help prevent repeated episodes of bacterial vaginosis (BV) and yeast infections. Researchers want to see if using the gel twice a week for a month encourages the growth of helpful bacteria that protect against infections. The study involves 22 women who have had at least two infections in the past year and will track changes in their vaginal bacteria and symptoms.
