New gel offers hope for women suffering from painful vaginal conditions

Summary
This study is testing a new gel dressing to see if it can safely and effectively improve comfort and quality of life for women with chronic vulvovaginal skin conditions like vaginal atrophy, lichen sclerosus, and lichen planus. It will involve 2,000 participants who will use the gel and report their symptoms and quality of life over 12 months. The main goal is to see if the gel reduces symptoms like itching, burning, pain, and dryness.
