Summary

This study tests whether adding a drug called sodium valproate to standard antibody therapy (panitumumab or cetuximab) can help control metastatic colorectal cancer longer. It involves 38 adults with a specific genetic type (RAS wild type) whose cancer has spread and cannot be cured. The main goal is to see if the combination delays cancer growth.
