New antibiotic study aims to find safe dose for sick kids

Summary

This study is testing a single dose of the antibiotic VABOMERE in children from birth to 18 years old who have serious bacterial infections. The goal is to find the right dose and check how safe and tolerable the drug is. About 39 children will take part, and they will be monitored in the hospital for at least 6 hours after receiving the infusion.
