Summary
This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of an intravenous antibiotic called Vabomere in children aged 3 months to under 12 years who have serious urinary tract infections or kidney infections. Researchers will monitor children for side effects and measure how the drug moves through their bodies. The goal is to see if this antibiotic can successfully treat these infections in children who need to be hospitalized.
