New antibiotic trial offers hope for kids with dangerous infections

Summary
This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of the antibiotic Vabomere in children aged 3 months to under 12 years who have serious urinary tract or kidney infections. Researchers will give the drug through an IV and closely monitor how children's bodies process it and if their infections clear up. The goal is to see if this treatment is safe and works well for these severe infections in young patients.
