Summary
This study looked at whether a VA health coaching program is practical and well-liked by veterans dealing with complex health problems. Researchers recruited 50 veterans from two VA centers and tracked how many signed up, stayed in the program, and completed coaching sessions. The goal was to see if this approach could improve healthy behaviors and quality of life.
