New pill aims to stop recurrent UTIs in their tracks

Summary
This study tests an oral capsule called U101 to see if it can prevent recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs) in women aged 20 to 75. About 348 women with a history of frequent UTIs will take either U101 or a placebo daily for 24 weeks. Researchers will track how many women stay infection-free and whether their quality of life improves.
