First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at 168 women having their first C-section to see if making the cut higher or lower on the uterus leads to fewer scar problems. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of four groups, combining cut location with stitching technique. A follow-up ultrasound 6-16 weeks after birth will check for defects in the uterine wall.
