Summary

This study offers a uterine transplant to 10 women who cannot get pregnant because they were born without a uterus or had it removed. The goal is to help them carry a pregnancy and give birth to a healthy baby. Participants will receive a uterus from a living or deceased donor and will need to take anti-rejection drugs for life to keep the transplant working.
