Summary

This study looks at whether a surgery called hysteroscopic septum resection helps infertile women with a uterine septum have better IVF outcomes. About 236 women aged 20-40 will either get the surgery or no surgery before IVF. The main goal is to see if the surgery leads to more live births within a year.
