Food for shots: can a nutrition boost get more kids vaccinated?
NCT ID NCT06387511
Summary
This study tested if offering a small, nutrient-packed food supplement as an incentive could get more parents to bring their children for measles vaccinations. It involved over 3,800 children aged 6-23 months in Nigeria. Researchers compared standard vaccination programs to programs that also gave out the nutritional supplement to see which led to higher vaccination rates.
