Summary

This study tests a new device called the UroMems Artificial Urinary Sphincter in women with stress incontinence (leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, or exercising). Six women will receive the implant to see if it is safe and works well. The goal is to control urine leakage without needing lifelong medication.
