Summary
This study tested a 10-week therapy program designed to help children with spina bifida manage urinary incontinence (bladder leaks). 66 adolescents tried either a new multi-part program or a standard therapy. The new program combined biofeedback, gentle manual therapy, behavior training, diet advice, and mild electrical stimulation to strengthen muscles and improve bladder control.
