Hong kong launches major study to unlock secrets of bladder leakage in aging women
NCT ID NCT07243223
Summary
This study aims to gather detailed information about urinary incontinence in older women to improve future care. Researchers will observe 1,100 women in Hong Kong, including 1,000 with the condition and 100 without, to map out how common it is, how it affects lives, and how Traditional Chinese Medicine views it. They will also collect blood, urine, and stool samples to search for biological signs linked to different types and severities of incontinence.
