Doctors test double graft surgery for severe urinary blockage
NCT ID NCT07436819
Summary
This study is testing a new surgical technique for men with a severe, long narrowing of the urethra (the tube that carries urine out of the body). Surgeons use a graft of tissue from the cheek to rebuild both the top and bottom of the narrowed section, aiming to create a wider, more durable channel. The goal is to improve urine flow, reduce symptoms, and see how well this approach works in the short term.
