Summary

This study tested a new drug called uproleselan added to two chemotherapy drugs (cladribine and low dose cytarabine) for people with a specific type of acute myeloid leukemia that developed after prior treatment. The goal was to find the safest dose and see how many patients achieved remission. 37 adults took part in this early-phase trial at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
